windows won't release windows 8.1 update 2

CEO satya Nadella changed directions with microsoft. in a blog the company said they won'trelease another major windows 8.1 update.

the company wants to focus on windows 9 and as we all know they problably want to forget the mistake called windows 8.

Interactive live-tiles

the well known "live tile" is about to get a big change. microsoft is working on interactive live tiles.
It will be possible to scroll through your mail, play music and even have a calculator on the start screen.

microsoft has stopped to ship the new update to system adminstrators. because it contains a bug.
because of that bug, the windows server update service won't recognize new patches to the system.

this is not the only problem during this enroll. normal users also are experiencing trouble like:
